Ortolando in cooking

Parsley can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 days in a bag, or by submerging it with the stems into a glass of water for a week. You can also keep it in the freezer, after having minced it. After soaking, rinsing and drying it, you can even store the leaves in oil in a sterilized glass jar, by alternating layers of leaves and salt and pouring some olive oil.
