Papaccelle peppers must be washed, severed from their peduncles and cut into strips to be cooked in a pan with a drizzle of oil or roasted. You can also cut them in half, empty them of the filling and cook them stuffed with whatever you prefer in a preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes. They can be preserved in vinegar.
