The green beans are kept in the fridge for a week, locked in a plastic bag. If blanched for 5 minutes, they can also be frozen. To clean them you have to cut the ends and wash them. You can boil them or steam them for 5 minutes. If you prefer, after blanching them, you can cook them in a preheated oven at 200° for 15 minutes.
